Tammy Thompson, age 65, passed away on July 18, 2026 at Complete Care at Maple Grove in Madison, WI. Tammy was born on March 06, 1961 to Frank & Carol (nee: Smith) Pawlukewicz in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Tammy moved to Waterford, WI at the age of 10 and remained in the southeast Wisconsin area throughout the majority of her adult life.

Tammy was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. Before her illness changed so much of her daily life, Tammy was known for her immense love of her family, her contagious laugh, and her love of Lifetime and Hallmark movies. She was also famously known for leaving family gatherings with a container (or two) of leftovers.

For the past seven years, even with her illness, Tammy was full of life and laughter. She always had a smile on her face and would greet everyone she encountered. You would often catch her watching her shows laughing while indulging in sweet treats.

Tammy is survived by her child: Kayla (Andrew) Piskorski, sister; Linda (Rich) Osborne, grandchild; Aubrey, and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Tammy was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Rita Burke-Goller.

The family would like to thank Agrace Hospice and Complete Care at Maple Grove for their care of Tammy over the past year. The family would also like to thank Serenity Gardens for the four years they cared for Tammy prior and all others who cared for Tammy.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday September 12, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Chapel Valley Community Room at 5781 Chapel Valley Road Fitchburg, WI 53711. In lieu of flowers and memorial donations, the family simply appreciates your presence, support, and cherished memories of Tammy.
