Tammy Lynn Hutchins (Schneider), of Stoughton, WI, went home to Heaven on the morning of November 26, 2024. After fighting hard for 8 years, she succumbed to melanoma cancer and passed away peacefully with her daughter, Angela, by her side.
Tammy spent most of her life in and around Stoughton, but also lived near Santa Fe, New Mexico. She attended Evansville High School. After school, Tammy worked jobs in different trades. Most of her time she was a stay-at-home mom, but also worked as a nursing assistant and bartender. In her latest years of life, she found joy in providing full time care to her grandson, Griffin.
Tammy was strong, outspoken, a whirlwind, and a fighter to the end. She enjoyed going to the casino to gamble and enjoyed concerts, camping, the beach, and cuddling with her cats, Phil and Peanut.
Tammy is survived by her 4 daughters, Courtney (Karl) Sime, Katlyn Borgrud, Angela Corell and Brianna (Dustin) Corell, her 4 grandsons, Luke, Levi, Link Sime & Griffin Hall, her mother Nicki (Knight) Bustamente & Stepfather Al Bustamente, her sister, Miranda (Garrett) Schneider, her brothers, Colin Schneider and Alfredo (Danielle) Bustamante, her lifelong childhood best friends, Jodi (Bob) Hover and Frances Romero, her nephews Thomas Schneider, Chance, Damian Bustamante & Christopher Bustamante, her niece Chyanne Bustamante, her Aunt Peggie Johnson and Uncles, Tommy Knight, Jimmy Harris, Donald Schneider and John Schneider, her cousins Amy (Dwight) Kirkendoll, Angie (Kyle) Seubert, Ron (Sara) Lund and many other cousins.
Waiting for her at Heaven's Gate is her father, Thomas Schneider. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Arleigh Schneider, Clara Schneider, Earla Martinez and Robert Knight, her sister, Angela Potiella, her uncle Jody Harris and her Aunt Linda.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday December 15th, 1-3 pm at The Otis Sampson American Legion Post 59, Stoughton, WI 53589.
