Shannon M. Dubel

Shannon M. (Uphoff) Dubel, 48, Boscobel/Woodman, passed away Sunday, June 27, 2021. Shannon was born on July 19, 1972 in Madison. Shanno graduated from Boscobel High School in 1990. She was employed as a Caregiver at various places in the Boscobel area. Shannon’s greatest joy was her two nieces, Gracianna and Alyzibeth and her nephew, Alexander. Shannon loved listening to music, enjoyed camping, having a bonfire, playing pool and watching sports, especially the Chicago Bears, Green Bay Packers and the Wisconsin Badgers. She also had a love for animals and had many wonderful and loving pets over the years. Shannon is survived by her parents, Laura and Joe Jones, Boscobel; her brother, Joseph (Kim) Jones, rural Boscobel; two nieces, Gracianna and Alyzibeth Jones; a nephew, Alexander Jones; her significant other, Carlos Huerta; her Black Lab, Hollie; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Roger Uphoff; her grandparents; an aunt; two cousins; and other relatives. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at the Tuffley Center in Boscobel at 12 noon. A visitation and gathering will take place at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to her parents, Laura/Joe Jones, 320 Wisconsin Ave., Boscobel, WI 53805.
