Phyllislee Lethco

October 15, 1947 — September 29, 2021

Phyllislee Lethco of Oregon, Wisconsin passed away after a short stay at the University of Wisconsin Hospital Palliative care unit in Madison, Wi on September 29, 2021. Phyllislee was born in Titusville Pennsylvania to Dorothy and Fred Lethco October 15, 1948. She attended Titusville High-school and received her associate degree in commercial art from Madison Area Technical college. Phyllislee started her career as a hair dresser having completed more beehive hair updos than one can fathom. After working many jobs through the years she returned to her first love art. She has shown her numerous painting and custom handmade jewelry throughout the United States. To look at Phyllislee’s art is to look at Phyllislee. Faith was the cornerstone of Phyllislee’s life from attending services at her grandfathers church to her home church in Stoughton, Wi. Phyllislee is survived by children Stacey Anderson (Michael) of Dodgeville, Wi, Patricia Passhel (Matthew) of Loganville, Wi James “Robbie” Pasarilla of Stoughton, Wi. Her grandchildren Cody and Lucas Passhel, Daniel and Thomas Anderson. Her Brother David Lethco (Lori) of Tyrone, PA her sisters Cynthia MedicineHorse and Barbara Mealer. Her nieces and nephews, Tabetha Bufford, Sharon Cowhick, Fred Cowhick (LisaMarie)Kenneth Cowhick, Frankie MedicineHorse, Kathryn Dean (James), Kerry Lyons, Mary Johnson, Tonia Johnson, Katilyn Lethco, Michael Lethco. Many great and great great nieces and nephews, and more cousins than one can list but all loved. She was predeceased by her parents Fred and Dorothy Lethco, her uncle Donald Bruce Cogley, her aunts Wilma and Roberta Cogley. A celebration of life service will be held at The Stoughton Baptist Church on October 8, 2021 at 11:00am with a lunch to follow. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Phyllislee Lethco memorial fund.
