Peggy Jean Quam (70) of Madison, Wisconsin passed away on April 22, 2026, in her home, surrounded by family. She was born on July 13, 1955 to LeRoy and Doris Quam in Madison.
Peggy lived a life where she showed limitless empathy to those in need. Her greatest treasures were her children and grandchildren. She attended Madison West High School. She was very talented in playing the saxophone. She played in the band as well as a small group. She then attended Moravaian College in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania studying elementary education. Peggy was employed by University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics. She was clinic manager in the otolaryngology clinic for many years.
Peggy had a strong faith in Jesus Christ our Lord. She was baptized in the Glenwood Moravian Church in Madison, WI.
Peggy is survived by her daughters Jordan and Lewcie, her grandchildren Sakani, Souline and Zyaire. Her siblings are Lawrence Quam (Barb), Lewis Quam (Barb), Kathleen Brashi (Joseph), Suzanne Humphrey, Joan Dobson (Daniel), as well as a large extended family.
Peggy was preceded in death by her parents LeRoy and Doris Quam as well as her nephew Mark Quam.
Per her request, there will be no funeral. The family will gather for a celebration of life at a later date.
