Marita Crane

Marita Katherine Crane our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away peacefully on October 12, 2025, at the age of 83. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her legacy of love, kindness and strength will live on through her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Marita is survived by her children Hobie, Missy (Marty), Heidi, Jody (Letty) and Cody (Oscar). She is also survived by grandchildren Dylan, Casey, Ansley, Kennedy, Nathan, Ethan, Quinn, Briella and Luna, great-grandchild Adleigh as well as her siblings, Jay Crane and dear sister-in-law Peggy Crane, Denny Crane and Patty Keblusek.

She was born June 28, 1942, in Chicago Illinois, the daughter of the late Clayton J. Crane and Marjorie Crane (Fallon). Along with her parents, she is proceeded in death by her son-in-law Billy Hames.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
