December11,1964 - August 3, 2026
Kimberlie K. Wiegand, 61,of Lodi, WI., passed away at St. Mary's Hospital, Madison, WI., on Monday, August 3, 2026. Kim was born in LaCrosse, WI, the youngest of 14 siblings, to Neuman and Elizabeth Stegen.
Kim was a vibrant, fun-spirited woman whose presence lit up every room. Known as the life of the party, her warm and bubbly personality endeared her to all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Throughout her life, she held a variety of positions, but her most meaningful legacy was her extraordinary capacity to make others feel truly and deeply loved. Whether caring for her many sisters and brothers, doting on her nieces and nephews, cherishing her friends, or her loving husband, she had a remarkable way of showering those around her with kindness and affection.
Kim was unfailingly generous - always ready to offer a helping hand, always sending loved ones home with thoughtful gifts, and always ensuring that a favorite snack was waiting for any guest who came to visit. She held a special place in the hearts of children, who adored her, and she met life with a sense of fun and adventure.
To know Kim was to love her. She spoke honestly and directly, but always with compassion and love.
She leaves behind a void in her family that can never be filled, yet she will live on each day in our hearts. She would not have wanted us to sit and mourn, but to go and celebrate life. As she would often say, "Go have a good time, and always remember - you're all that and a bag of chips."
She is survived by her husband Jim, sisters; Anna LaFleur, Barbara Rochester, Bonnie Kerr, and Shellie Stegen, brothers; Gary, Geoff, Bill, and Terry Stegen, the Wiegand Family of LaCrosse, and numerous nieces and nephews, too many to name but not too many to love.
She is preceded in death by her parents Neuman and Elizabeth Stegen, sisters Sylvia LaDue, Sandra Carlson, Sonja Potter, Gail King, and one brother David Stegen.
