Kenneth D. Bailey

Kenneth D. Bailey, age 63, passed away at St Mary’s Hospital surrounded by his family on Saturday, March 14, 2020. He was born in Richland Center, Wis. on April 16, 1956, the son of Donna(Irv) Holtan and Rodney Bailey. Ken served his country in the US Army for 8 years traveling to Germany, Alaska and Colorado.He worked for WPS for over 28 years, retiring 2 years ago. Ken’s passions were spending time with family and friends ,making his world famous pancakes and grilling out. He loved watching his Wisconsin Badgers and Green Bay Packers. Kenneth is survived by his wife Kathleen A. Bailey and five children, David (Conya) Bailey, Jason (Rada) Bailey, Patrick ( Marissa) Bailey, Chrissy ( Matt) Bailey, Justin Bailey; 6 Grandchildren: Destinee, Matthew, Kinsley, Miles, Dax and 1 on the way. Siblings; Mary Bailey, Pam (Duane) Kalland, Ed Bailey, Douglas (Laura) Holtan, Rosemary( Vern) Robinson , Wendy Bailey and many beloved nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Penny Stirgus. During this time of unprecedented health concerns, and the fast changing public health circumstances, services for Kenneth are private. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
