Cue music: “Fly Like an Eagle” ~ Steve Miller Band (1976)
Guy, as most of us know him by, was a dreamer. Always thinking, planning, plotting, and learning. Always in the middle of doing many somethings. His artistic side can be seen and appreciated in his wood carvings, drawings, and many other unfinished projects. He loved fishing, golfing (once upon a long time ago), solitude, and other recreational pastimes....
Guy was a self-proclaimed hermit, with a gale wind force personality, who left his mark wherever he went. His presence was a bit of a unicorn, very elusive & brief. Sometimes you wondered if he was really even there. Then you remember he never missed an opportunity to make you laugh or make a fart joke. Never should you have pulled his finger....
We know he is out there chasing Bigfoot, gazing at the stars and watching over us. Flying high in the sky like the Eagle. May you be rich in your afterlife with all the love we are sending.
Guy, Dad, you will forever be missed.
