James "Cookie" Cook Jim Cook, 63 of Madison, Wisconsin, passed away July 20th. Jim was predeceased by his parents, James and Audrey; and his sisters, Kim and Cheryl. He was survived by his son, Keegan; his sister, Annette; his brothers, Chuck and Bruce; his many nieces and nephews; and many friends.
