Frederick Kamnetz

Per Fred, “Well Fuck,” Frederick (Fred) Kamnetz (70) passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of his family on 19 December 2025. Only child of Frances and Richard Kamnetz, he was born in Milwaukee on 5 September 1955 and grew up in Muskego. He played basketball, as one must when you are 6’8” tall. He attended 1 year at UW Milwaukee then transferred to UW Platteville where he met Sandy, his wife of 45 years, and many of the people who have been part of his life ever since. He spent the majority of his career as a Special Agent for the federal government. Fred said life has been a hell of a ride and, though it was full of a lot of shit, he lived a very blessed life.

Preceded in death by his parents, he is survived by his wife Sandy, and their children Aaron and April (Nick).

A celebration of life will be planned for spring 2026.
