David B. Williams, February 27, 1949 – August 9, 2026

David B. Williams, 77, of Edgerton, Wisconsin, passed away on August 9, 2026, after a short battle with metastatic cancer.

David was born on February 27, 1949, in Madison, Wisconsin, to Nathan Leroy Williams and Mary Lorraine Burke. He graduated from West High School in Madison in 1968.

Throughout his life, David worked in a variety of positions showing his willingness to take on new adventures. He worked for Thermo King, Ryder Truck Rental, Per Mar Security and was a school bus driver. He also owned and operated Dave Williams Auto Repair for many years working his craft of fixing cars. He loved karaoke and dabbled in his part-time singing business, "Touch of Class Karaoke".

David had a lifelong passion for cars and was a longtime member of the Eliminators Car Club and Stateline Challengers. He was also a member of the National Rifle Association, Rock County Rifle and Pistol Club, and United States Concealed Carry Association.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Kathleen (Parisi) Williams of Edgerton; daughters, Amy Williams of Lodi and Sandra (Marc) Kleist of Poynette; grandsons, Zander Kleist and Griffen Kleist of Poynette and Adam Sprague of Lodi.

David was preceded in death by his parents, Nathan and Mary Williams, and his sister, Linda Williams.

David will be remembered for his love of family, his passion for cars, his love of dogs and the many friendships and memories he made throughout his life. He will be deeply missed by his wife, daughters, grandsons, extended family, and friends.
