Brett Musgrove

Musgrove, Brett J. Brett Jason Musgrove, born on October 11, 1982, found rest on January 8, 2021 at the age of 38. Brett is survived by his beloved wife and friend, Rebecca Tatro; step-children, Samantha, Tessa, Russell, and Nicholas; their dog, Timon; his loving mother and step-father, LuAnn and Bob Matyas; his father, Dale Musgrove; his brothers, Brian (Sara) Musgrove, John (Jessy) Matyas, Jim Matyas. Fond Uncle of Devon, Elijah, Sophia, Dylan and Mikayla. Further survived by many relatives and friends. Reunited with his treasured grandparents, Agnes Larson, Gerrie and Herman Formella, his Auntie, Sonja Larson and special Uncle Larry Tatro. Our dearest Brett left us all too soon after battling meningitis for many months in the hospital. He was courageous and hopeful until the near end when he only wanted to return to his home and family one last time. We have many happy memories of his kindness, generosity, love for family, smile and big hugs. Brett was always willing to help out a friend or family member in need. He was the grill master for our annual family picnic at the lake, he enjoyed Holiday gatherings and annual Christmas Eve gift shopping/wrapping marathons with Becky. Private family services will be held. Memorials to a food pantry of your choice appreciated.
