Beverly A. Zimmerman, age 92, passed away on January 28th, 2024. She was born in Milwaukee on December 17, 1931, the daughter of Arthur and Agnes (Hanna) Bellin. Her family moved to the State of Washington in 1944 and thereafter settled in Lodi, Wisconsin. She graduated from Lodi High School, attended UW-Madison, and graduated from Miss. Brown's Business College in Milwaukee. Beverly retired in 1995 as Office Manager of the UW System Board of Regents, with over 31 years of state service. In 2000, she again retired from part-time work in Deposit Services of Madison's First Business Bank.
During her early years, Beverly was editor of many newspapers - from grade school in Milwaukee to junior high school in the State of Washington, to high school in Lodi, and to social organizations and sororities in Milwaukee. In retirement, she and her husband devoted tome to activities of Midvale Community Lutheran Church and charity organizations, collected antiques, supported local libraries, gardened and traveled extensively. But their biggest joy was spending time with their daughters and twin grandsons.
She is survived by her husband, Robert, of 68 years, and her twin grandsons, Samuel and Zachary Lottes. She was preceded in death by her parents and by her beloved daughters, Angela and Barbara.
