Agnes Josephine Robinson

Agnes Josephine Robinson of Madison, WI passed away peacefully in her sleep on Saturday August 28, 2021 at the age of 91. She is survived by her beloved children Lori Lenart (husband Rick), Ronald Robinson (Rob), and William Robinson (Jay). She is also survived by her grandchildren Rachel (husband Scott), Derek, Jeremiah (wife Sara), Joshua, and Jordan and great grandchildren Otis and Cora. Agnes was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald J Robinson in 1998 and her parents Wida in 1972 and Josephine Horvat in 1992. Her sisters Mary, Caroline, Anne, Helen, Catherine, Rose, Frances, and Theresa preceded her in death. Her brothers Joseph and Michael preceded her in death. She is survived by her sisters Mildred and Barbara and brothers James and Paul. Agnes was seventh born in a family of 16. Agnes and husband Ron owned a cottage at Witters Lake, Wisconsin area and her children and grandchildren have many fond memories of fishing, games, and exploring together there. Agnes was very fond of her family and greatly appreciated visits and calls from them during her last two years in assisted living. It was comforting to know that she was passionate about having family pray and read the Bible with her and that she relied on Jesus and his finished work on the cross as her pathway to eternal life. Agnes had a great sense of humor and was a compassionate listener who enjoyed spending hours with family and friends while sharing details of her life experiences. Private services were held with immediate family. Agnes’s family would like to extend special thanks to staff at Wickshire Assisted Living and Agrace Hospice for their compassionate care. They all commented about what a sweet person she was.
